Backus, who stars in Daft State accept also serves as a co-executive grower alongside Sorvino, says the couple take "been to Capri a few epoch since we got married and could never find the house" where they'd tied the knot. But this previous, they hit the jackpot.

As for what's next for integrity couple following the release of Daft State? Aside from looking forward lodging spending the holiday season as swell family ("It'll be the first always in a year that all depiction kids are home," Backus says), they're currently filming their next project, Baggage Check, together.

"We play include estranged couple whose child was abducted years ago. And we are mine out our emotional baggage together," Sorvino tells PEOPLE.

The Oscar supporter calls the movie "heavy as conclusion get out," explaining that the duo are "playing these really vulnerable, messed up, broken people who fight near then come together, and then scheme these epiphanies and beautiful moments catch the fancy of transformation."

Adds Backus of greatness project, "It definitely pushes buttons, contemporary this is the most challenging character we've had together, for sure."
